Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via express courier with tracking. Estimated delivery times: 3–5 business days for mainland Italy, 4–6 for the islands, 5–10 for the rest of Europe. Times start from payment confirmation and are estimates. Occasional carrier delays are outside MADAME T's control.

Shipping costs
Italy: free on all orders. Europe: free over €200, €10 otherwise.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Failed delivery
If you're not home at delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or drop the parcel at a nearby collection point. If not collected within the carrier's deadline, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
