Shipping
Where we ship
MADAME T ships throughout Italy (including islands). For other destinations, check availability at checkout.
Courier and delivery times
All orders are shipped by express courier. Estimated delivery times:

Times run from payment confirmation and are estimates. Occasional courier delays are beyond MADAME T's control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before payment, based on your delivery address and order weight.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Failed delivery
If you are not home at delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or deposit the parcel at a pickup point. All details will be in your shipping email. If the parcel is not collected within the courier's deadline, it returns to us and re-shipping costs are your responsibility.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, with no explanation required.
How to start a return
Email info@madamet.it with the subject line "RETURN — Order #[number]" and include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason (optional, but it helps us improve)
We will reply within 2 business days with return shipping instructions.
Return conditions
To be accepted, items must be:
- in original condition (unworn, unwashed)
- with all original tags intact
- in their original packaging
Hygiene seal notice. Swimwear and beachwear items come with a protective hygiene seal (adhesive strip in the gusset area). Under Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code, returns cannot be accepted if the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with. We recommend trying items with the seal intact and wearing underwear underneath.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You may use the courier of your choice; we recommend keeping your shipping receipt and using a tracked service.
MADAME T is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit on return.
Refund
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, MADAME T will issue a refund within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective item or something different from what you ordered, the return is at MADAME T's expense. Contact info@madamet.it with photos of the defect and your order number within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
