Technical note: the need for a CMP
Under the Italian Data Protection Authority's Measure of 8 June 2021 and the GDPR, non-necessary cookies (analytics, functional, marketing) require the user's prior, free, specific and informed consent. Failure to interact with the banner cannot be treated as consent (no scroll-to-accept, no pre-checked boxes).
MADAME T implements a compliant consent management platform (CMP) before any profiling cookies are activated.
Extra-EU transfers
Some providers listed in this Cookie Policy (in particular Google, Meta, TikTok, Omnisend) may transfer data outside the European Union. Such transfers are made in compliance with the adequate safeguards provided under Arts. 44 to 49 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or other mechanisms approved by the European Commission).
