You have 14 days from receiving your package. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene seal and original tags intact.

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and in the original packaging.

Swimwear is provided with a hygiene seal in the gusset area. Under art. 59(e) of the Consumer Code, we cannot accept returns of items whose hygiene seal has been removed. We recommend trying on the garment with the seal intact, wearing underwear underneath.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method. Original shipping fees are only refunded in the case of a full order return.

Final Sale items. Items purchased at a discount of more than 20% are Final Sale: no returns or exchanges on these pieces. The designation is shown before checkout.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, the return is at MADAME T’s expense. Contact ciao@madamet.it with photos and your order number within 48 hours of receipt.
