Shipping

MADAME T ships throughout Italy, including the islands. For shipments to other European countries, check the available destinations at checkout.

Italy: free on all orders.

Europe: free over €200, €10 otherwise.

Mainland Italy: 3–5 business days.

Islands: 4–6 business days.

Europe: 5–10 business days.

Delivery times begin from payment confirmation and are estimated timelines. Carrier delays are outside MADAME T’s control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

If you’re not available at delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery, or leave the package at a collection point. If not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, re-shipping costs are at your expense.
