Orders are processed within two business days. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking code by email. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days within Italy, 5–10 for the rest of Europe.

If the fit isn’t right, exchanges are free in Italy and €5 in Europe. Request within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags intact. Returns follow the same conditions: €10 in Italy, €15 in Europe. Outside Europe, return shipping is at your expense.

Items purchased at more than 20% off are Final Sale: no returns or exchanges on these pieces.
